On-line type is to add finishing equipment to the ordinary non-woven production line, including two parts: sizing equipment and drying equipment. The non-woven fabric produced by the ordinary non-woven fabric production line first passes through the sizing equipment to make the ordinary non-woven fabric with hydrophilic finishing liquid/auxiliary agent, and the ordinary non-woven fabric with hydrophilic finishing solution/auxiliary agent, and then pass through the oven After drying, the hydrophilic function can be put on, and finally it is wound by the winder of the ordinary non-woven production line.
The offline finishing equipment includes four parts: unwinding machine, sizing equipment, drying equipment and winding machine. The first is unwinding by the unwinding machine, the ordinary non-woven fabric is unwinding through the sizing equipment, with hydrophilic finishing liquid/auxiliary, and then dried in the oven to bring the hydrophilic function, and finally the winder is winding.
There are three types of sizing: spray type (mixer + humidifier), dosing roller sizing (mixer + sizing machine) and bubble coating (foam generator + sizing machine). The humidifier is low in cost and occupies a small space, but the sizing effect is not very good, especially when one or two nozzles are broken, it cannot be detected, resulting in uneven sizing. Adding liquid roller sizing and foam scraping have good sizing effect, but the equipment is more expensive and occupies a large space. The drying equipment is an oven. The drying of non-woven fabrics with different functions has different process requirements. It needs to set a certain temperature and a certain time. The oven needs to be able to adjust the temperature. The drying time is determined by the speed and oven produced by the production line. It depends on the length of the cloth. The airflow in the oven should be even, and the airflow in many manufacturers and self-made crawler ovens is messy, resulting in poor drying effects and high energy consumption.
A reasonably designed oven should be equipped with a device for distributing airflow, so that the drying of non-woven fabrics can achieve the ideal effect, and it is energy-saving, low energy consumption, and small installed capacity.
There is also a masterbatch method for the addition of non-woven fabrics, but the disadvantage is that the masterbatch will be unevenly added and will block the spinneret, causing the maintenance and replacement of the spinneret. In addition, it will cause spinnability problems, and Silk and dripping, a very tiny dripping, can cause the failure of hydrophilic function.
The post-finishing of non-woven fabrics is diverse. With different finishing fluids/auxiliaries, hydrophilic, antistatic, antibacterial, anti-alcohol, anti-blood, anti-gasoline, anti-microbial, and anti-purple can be added.
