Flexography printing process non-woven bags

Flexo non-woven bags, namely printing using flexographic printing made into non-woven bag. 

      Flexographic printing that is flexible, the use of resilient projection has a direct printing plate graphic printing. Used as a non-woven bag flexo plate material is generally rubber. 


    Flexo woven bags steps 

     1, the rubber cement slab on the plate cylinder; 2, the ink into the ink shell, anilox ink supply by metal sculpture; 3, starting the printing press, the ink is transferred from the anilox roller to rubber version transferred to the non-woven fabric.

      Flexo woven bags strengths, weaknesses 

      Advantages: 1, flexo with the flexibility, economy, and protect the environment is very favorable; 2, compared with flexo printing speed, low cost; 

      Disadvantages: poor flexo ink thin cover for a light weight non-woven printed color, domestic flexo printing machines generally can not be white, yellow.
